The PowerSafe TS range of single cells offers high performance, long life solutions for renewable energy applications. PowerSafe TS cells are based on proven vented technology and designed for renewable energy applications that require maximum cycle life with the highest level of reliability. They are particularly suitable for use in solar energy installations, ensuring a continuity of electrical supply during the hours of darkness or during periods of reduced sunshine. Reduced maintenance is achieved through the use of additional electrolyte which means cells only have to be topped-up once a year. This helps to keep down maintenance costs and makes them an ideal solution for many remote or unmanned locations. Tubular positive plates are widely used in batteries for particularly demanding applications. In the PowerSafe TS range they have been optimised to give an extended cycle life and increased capacity.

EnerSys offers two charger ranges: NexSys and NexSys+. Both provide operational flexibility and charging features to ensure to get the optimum life from NexSys battery. Available in single and three phase, they have multi voltage and multi capacity adaptation and offer both standard and fast charge options. In addition, the Thin Plate Pure Lead technology which is at the heart of NexSys batteries makes them ideal for fast and opportunity charging. Both chargers provide operational flexibility and charging features to ensure you get the optimum life from your NexSys battery.
EAXTRON's DIN 80A connectors are fully compatible with other brands. Two cable sizes are available : 16 mm² and 25 mm² The regular Eaxtron 160 and 320 amp consists in a socket and a plug connectors fitted with regular market standard contacts. Our standard Eaxtron battery connectors are fully compatible with the other battery connectors manufacturer in compliance with the DIN VDE 0623-589 and EN1175-1 standard. Socket and plug can be equipped with handle.

The EnerSys range of PowerSafe V-TT batteries has been designed specifically for use in applications that demand the highest levels of security and reliability. With proven compliance to the most rigorous international standards, PowerSafe V-TT batteries are recognised worldwide as a premium solution for Telecom applications. The reputation of PowerSafe V-TT batteries for long service life, together with excellent high rate performance, also makes them the number one choice for high integrity, high specification UPS systems. PowerSafe V-TT cells and monoblocs deliver superior performance whilst occupying less space than conventional standby power batteries. The use of V-0 rated, flame retardant, ABS plastic for the thick wall containers and lids offers high mechanical strength with excellent safety features. PowerSafe V-TT batteries are designed using proven gas recombination technology that removes the need for regular water addition by controlling the evolution of hydrogen and oxygen during charging. Oxygen evolved at the positive plates diffuses through microporous separators to the negative plates and, by a series of chemical reactions within the cell, recombines to form water. Each cell incorporates its own safety valve that allows the controlled release of gas when pressure builds up within the cell.
